Telecaller – Hindi Speaking (Order Confirmation & Sales)

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our team and assist with confirming customer orders and promoting our products online. Your main role will be to call potential customers, confirm their orders, and provide basic product details.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have shown interest in our products.
• Confirm customer orders and update status in the system.
• Clearly explain product details, offers, and pricing.
• Maintain daily records of calls and feedback.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Handle basic customer queries over the phone in Hindi.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication in Hindi.
• Basic smartphone or computer skills.
• Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly behavior.
• Must be goal-oriented and reliable.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
