Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads.
• Provide detailed information about clinic services, treatments, and offers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients with doctors or aestheticians.
• Maintain and update the client database regularly.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth client handling and service delivery.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling client queries.
• Assist in daily front desk operations if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu, English, and Hindi preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or front desk roles in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
• Good computer and CRM handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for client service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹19,717.59 - ₹33,189.94 per month
