Job Title: Telecaller -Freshers Location: Chennai Industry: Food Products (Import/Export) Experience: Fresher Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller- English(Fluent) to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer engagement and sales, with prior experience in telecalling, especially in the import/export or FMCG sectors. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote our food product offerings. Handle inbound customer queries effectively and efficiently. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate. Maintain customer database and update records accurately. Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills in English(Fluent) and Tamil.
