About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers or job seekers using company-provided leads 2. Clearly and courteously explain products, services, or job opportunities 3. Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or concerns efficiently 4. Maintain accurate records of calls and update information in the database 5. Follow up with interested clients or candidates to ensure ongoing communication 6. Meet daily and weekly call targets set by the team leader 7. Share daily call reports with the supervisor for review 8.
