About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Connecting to the customer via phone to the leads provided. 2. Explaining the service provided by the property 3. Initiating the customer to on-boarding 4. They follow up on initial calls to nurture leads 5. Handling the complaint of customers 6. Offering technical support in registering the tenants to the software. 7. Maintaining accurate customer's on-boarding data and vacated details. 8. Reporting the daily to property managers regarding leads, on-boarding and complaint resolution. 9. Marinating Excel sheet of tele calling 10. Rapport between property and customers.
