About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Contacting Debtors: Making outbound calls to debtors to discuss outstanding debts and payment arrangements. 2. Negotiating Repayment Terms: Discussing payment plans, instalments, and other arrangements with debtors to facilitate debt recovery. 3. Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of all interactions with debtors, including call summaries, agreements, and payment details. 4. Meeting Targets: Achieving assigned collection targets and contributing to the overall success of the collection team. 5. Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions related to their debts. 6. Following Company Procedures: Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding debt collection practices and customer interactions. 7. Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices related to debt collection.
