Telecaller A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, generating leads, providing product/service information, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused attitude. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and inbound calls to customers and prospects. Explain products/services and answer customer questions clearly. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into appointments or sales. Maintain an updated database of customer information. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed. Meet daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets. Prepare and share call logs and reports with the team leader. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi (or local language). Good listening and persuasion skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude, confidence, and patience. Qualifications Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Visa Counsellor A Visa Counsellor guides students or clients through the visa application process for study, travel, or immigration. The role includes counselling, documentation, application filing, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processing. Key Responsibilities Provide counselling to clients/students regarding visa processes, eligibility, and requirements. Assist in selecting appropriate country, program, or visa category based on client profile. Review and prepare visa-related documents accurately. Complete visa applications and submissions within deadlines. Maintain strong knowledge of immigration/visa rules and updates. Follow up with embassies, clients, and institutions as required. Maintain client records and ensure a high conversion rate. Handle inquiries and build strong relationships with clients and partners. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of visa/immigration processes. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple client profiles simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and professionalism. Qualifications Graduation in any field; specialization in counselling or related fields is a plus. Experience in visa counselling, overseas education, or immigration consultancy preferred.
