Job Opportunity: Telecaller – Female Candidates Only Company Name: RS Trade House Location: ULUBARI Position Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month About the Role: RS Trade House is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecalling executive (Female) to manage customer relationships through professional telecalling and communication. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in engaging with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Maintain and update customer records using Google Sheets and internal CRM tools. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and with a positive attitude. Follow up with potential leads and assist in conversions. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery. Maintain records of interactions and transactions for future reference. Assist in generating customer insights and feedback to improve services. Desired Candidate Profile: Gender: Female (as per job requirement). Education: Graduate in any discipline . Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM, telecalling, or customer service roles Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Assamese, Hindi, Bengali and English. Should reside within 5–6 km radius of Ulubari, Guwahati Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets (data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset Why Join Us?
