We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Academic Counselor to support students in their academic journey. The role involves advising students on course selection, career planning, and personal development, ensuring they meet academic goals and graduation requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one academic advising to students, helping them create personalized academic plans. Guide students on course selection, time management, and study strategies. Offer career counseling, assisting with career goals, internships, and job opportunities. Monitor students' academic progress, offering support and intervention for at-risk students. Address personal challenges affecting academic performance and provide referrals to appropriate resources. Conduct workshops on study skills, exam preparation, and career development. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success and maintain accurate records of student progress.
