Telecaller – Experienced (Urgent Hiring)

About the Role:
We are urgently looking for an experienced Telecaller who can handle inbound/outbound calls, convert leads, and deliver excellent customer service. If you are confident, target-oriented, and have strong communication skills, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects and customers
• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly
• Convert inquiries into sales or confirmed appointments
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling/tele-sales experience
• Strong spoken communication (Hindi/English preferred)
• Good convincing & negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Salary: Competitive (Fixed + Incentives) — based on experience
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
