Job Description: As a Telecaller Executive at Giggada Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, answer their questions, and set up appointments or sales meetings for our sales team. This is a non-sales role with no targets or recovery calling involved. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Introduce and explain our products/services. Answer customer inquiries and provide information. Maintain a database of leads and call records. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications: Fluent in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, or Tamil (based on the language requirement). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
