Designation: Telecaller - Event Management Company Location: Okhla, Delhi #Previous experience with an experiential organization would be preferred. Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and well-spoken Graduate Freshers to join our dynamic team as Telecallers for our event management company. You will play a key role in promoting events, handling client inquiries, and supporting lead generation and coordination for upcoming shows, conferences, weddings, or corporate events. Job Expectations · Make outbound calls to potential clients, vendors, and partners to promote events or services. · Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide relevant information about upcoming events. · Maintain and update the database of contacts and leads. · Follow up with interested clients and set appointments for the sales or planning team. · Assist in sending promotional material via email or WhatsApp as required. · Coordinate internally with the event team for lead handovers and follow-ups. · Maintain professionalism and a high level of client service. Requirements: · Graduate in any discipline (Freshers encouraged to apply). · Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
