Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using our database or provided leads.
• Clearly explain our digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, and Web Development.
• Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and document customer feedback.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle basic queries and route more technical inquiries to the appropriate team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus but freshers are welcome.
