Telecaller cum Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and communication-savvy professional who can handle both telecalling and social media content creation. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, generating leads, and also capable of producing engaging content, ideas, and creatives for digital platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, multitasking, and passionate about both communication and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities1. Telecalling & Customer Interaction

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients.
• Explain course details, services, or offers effectively.
• Handle inbound queries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper call logs.
• Convert enquiries into admissions/registrations/sales.

2. Social Media Content Creation

• Create attractive content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.
• Write captions, short scripts, and promotional messages.
• Assist in making reels, short videos, posters, and stories.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

3. Idea Generation & Creative Handling

• Generate fresh ideas for promotions, campaigns, and events.
• Suggest trending reel/audio concepts based on current trends.
• Brainstorm creative activities to boost reach and engagement.
• Bring new marketing initiatives and content strategies.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident telephonic conversation ability.
• Basic content writing and caption creation skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends, reels, and hashtags.
• Creativity, idea generation, and multitasking.
• Basic understanding of Canva / video editing (added advantage).

Qualifications

• Any degree / diploma (Freshers also welcome).
• Prior telecalling or social media experience is an added advantage.

Salary Range

• As per industry standards (based on communication + creativity skills).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
