We are looking for a Telecaller cum computer operator who will be responsible for calling candidates, understanding their specific job requirements, and coordinating active vacancies through WhatsApp groups. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Call candidates to understand their job preferences, such as: Job role,Location, Salary expectations, Experience & qualification Maintain and update candidate requirement details accurately. Share active job vacancies with candidates. Match candidate requirements with live/active vacancies. Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate with the recruitment team. Maintain daily calling and follow-up records. Ensure timely communication and professional interaction with candidates. 🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications Any Graduate / HSC (preferred) Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Local language) Comfortable with calling & WhatsApp coordination Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR calling is an advantage Ability to handle multiple candidates and vacancies Basic computer & smartphone skills
