Location: Miraj, Maharashtra Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 (Fixed) Shift: 8 am to 6 pm with 4 week off's in a month Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Education: Minimum Graduate Gender: Both male and female can apply English Requirement: Basic English About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Telecaller cum Computer Operator to join our team at Baliraja Fun and Water Park. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, maintain customer records, and manage basic office operations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries. Maintain and update customer databases in MS Excel or similar software. Provide information about park services, offers, and events. Handle basic administrative and back-office tasks. Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and queries. Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports. Handle Whatsapp messages and emails also. Required Skills: Strong communication skills (Marathi, Hindi; Basic English) MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel) Good typing speed and accuracy Customer service and problem-solving attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
