Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller - Counselling Support, based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing telephonic counseling to potential learners, answering inbound queries, and reaching out to prospective leads to guide them about Infinity Learn’s products and solutions. The role also involves maintaining detailed communication records, following up on inquiries, and ensuring learners receive the necessary support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage and assist learners effectively
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or consulting roles
• Ability to maintain detailed, organized records for follow-ups and lead management
• Strong problem-solving and guidance skills to address learner questions and concerns
• Proficiency in both English and regional languages (preferred)
• Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments and meet set targets and goals
• Experience in the Edtech or education domain is a plus
• Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred)
