Your primary responsibilities will include: Calling customers to confirm COD orders Understanding customer intent and resolving doubts Offering discounts or incentives to encourage prepaid conversion Converting COD to prepaid sales Maintaining daily call records and follow-ups Requirements: Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred Ability to build trust and close sales over the phone
