Telecaller (Ayurveda Hospital)

We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to join our Ayurveda hospital team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. The role involves explaining Ayurvedic treatments and services, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between patients and the hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Handle patient inquiries through calls and messages.
• Explain hospital treatments, Panchakarma therapies, and other Ayurvedic services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Follow up with patients for feedback and post-treatment guidance.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Pleasant voice and polite manner.
• Prior experience in healthcare or Ayurveda sector preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
