Telecaller and Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team through various marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in client communication and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:Telecalling:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
• Explain project details and benefits to prospects.
• Schedule site visits and follow up on leads.
• Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
• Handle incoming queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote properties through social media platforms and classified sites

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing ability and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
