Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller who is not only skilled in inside sales but also understands the dynamics of ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities. This role will play a key part in our sales funnel, lead conversion, and customer outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or health & wellness industry
  • Basic understanding of ATL/BTL marketing strategies and their role in brand-building
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead databases, and tele calling software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of natural food products or wellness brands is a strong plus
  • Ability to align pitch with current ATL/BTL campaigns
  • Experience in customer acquisition and upselling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
