Job Description

The role requires you to plan, participate, monitor, and follow-up on sales & marketing activities based on the sales strategy for both allocated customers/location and end customers/users. You will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the team's performance to ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Managing a team of 10-15 members is a key aspect of this role. Conducting regular meetings to facilitate open communication, devising action plans to address team concerns, and providing regular one-to-one meetings, team meetings, training, and counseling/coaching sessions for all direct reports are essential responsibilities. Lead generation and achieving team targets are also part of your accountability. Demonstrating accountability and ethical behavior is crucial, and having knowledge of Cloud Computing is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, highly motivated, and target-oriented. A background in BPO/KPO is preferred. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills are required. Accepting ownership and working in night shifts are expected, and immediate availability is necessary. Key skills for this role include sales, telesales, team leadership, and lead generation.,
