Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Representative based in Lucknow. The role involves generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, and converting leads into sales. The Tele Sales Representative will build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide excellent customer service, and respond to inquiries promptly. They will also work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales and lead conversion techniques
• Experience in providing training or mentoring is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Prior experience in tele sales or a related field is preferred
