About the Role

We are looking for hardcore Tele Sales Executives with excellent English communication skills and a strong passion for sales. This role requires high energy, persuasive communication, and the ability to consistently close deals in a competitive night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Clearly explain product benefits in fluent English & Hindi to convince and convert leads.
• Handle objections confidently and push for closures.
• Achieve and exceed assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
• Deliver strong follow-ups to maximize conversions.

Requirements

• Male candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Minimum Graduate qualification.
• Excellent spoken English & Hindi is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in hardcore sales (Tele Sales / BPO Sales / Health care).
• Highly target-driven, aggressive, and persuasive personality.
• Comfortable working night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a competitive environment.
