Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls and convert leads into policy sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommended suitable insurance products.

Explain product features, benefits, and coverage effectively.

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure a great customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile:

Minimum 6 months of sales experience ( Outbound preferred )
Strong communication and convincing skills.

Work Details & Benefits:

Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM / 5 Days Working

Salary: 3.79 CTC + Monthly unlimited incentives

Work Location:- Vashi, Navi Mumbai
