Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Promote and upsell healthcare, insurance packages, and wellness plans.
Explain product features, benefits, and available plans to customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and sales conversions.
Maintain customer records and call details in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Telesales.
Experience in insurance or financial services sales is preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.* Good convincing, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
