Tele sales Executive for Female

We are looking for a smart, confident, and results-driven female e-commerce executive to manage and grow our online product sales. The candidate will be responsible for boosting sales, handling orders, managing customer queries, on Our Platform .

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product-related queries and generate sales from Leads.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch
• Suggest strategies to improve product ranking and customer reviews

Requirements:

• Female candidate, age: 20 to 35 years preferred
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Basic knowledge of computers, Google Sheet, MS Excel, and internet browsing
• Experience in Tele sales sector or BPO is prefered.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Freshers with learning attitude can also apply.
