Tele sales Executive - Females

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, making outbound calls, and promoting our products and services. You will also be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing information, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services. Provide information about products, services, and promotions. Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales. Maintain a database of customer information and interaction history. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Record and update customer feedback and maintain accurate call logs. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth. Skills and Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong persuasive skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Good listening skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate solutions. Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is a plus. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Additional Requirements: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Degree preferred.
