Our mission is to bring together play, learning, and community experiences for parents and children. To expand our reach, we’re looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives who can engage customers, explain our services, and drive both service subscriptions and product/material sales.

Role Overview

The Tele Sales Executive will be the voice of NeXushubs, reaching out to potential customers, parents, schools, corporates, and vendors. The role involves calling, pitching, and closing sales for:

• Services: Venue bookings, workshops, competitions, events
• Products: Toys, DIY kits, craft materials, and learning kits

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, leads, and vendors.
• Pitch NeXushubs’ services (sports venues, workshops, event bookings) and material/product offerings.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales.
• Maintain daily/weekly call reports, follow-ups, and CRM entries.
• Build and nurture customer relationships for repeat sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns & promotions.
• Forward high-value leads (who request in-person meetings) to the Field Sales Team for closure.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of tele sales / inside sales experience (education, e-commerce, or service sales preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.
• Confidence in pitching over phone/WhatsApp; persuasive & target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools / MS Excel for lead tracking.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and high energy are also welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,726.31 - ₹30,312.76 per month
