At VSM Global Technologies, we provide cutting-edge mobile app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services. We're expanding our client base and looking for passionate Telecalling Executives to help us connect with potential leads and offer our solutions to the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients from our database

Explain our products and services (e.g., mobile apps, digital marketing, etc.) clearly and confidently

Understand client requirements and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team

Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client responses using CRM tools or spreadsheets

Generate interest and set appointments for product demos or business discussions

Handle basic inbound queries and route them to the appropriate team

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil/Hindi/regional languages if relevant.

Confident and persuasive tone

Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service preferred

Basic understanding of IT services, mobile apps, and marketing is a plus

Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheets

Able to handle rejection positively and maintain a professional tone

Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Good listener with strong interpersonal skills
Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical offerings
