Telecaller / Telesales Executive Job Description - Pharmaceutical Company

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility will be to proactively contact potential and existing clients, including Doctors, Retail Chemists, Wholesalers, and PCD Franchise partners, to promote our range of pharmaceutical products and services. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset to drive lead generation and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to target customers (e.g., healthcare professionals, distributors) to introduce the company's pharmaceutical products, special schemes, and PCD Pharma Franchise opportunities.
  • Product Promotion: Clearly articulate product features, therapeutic benefits, and proper usage/dosages, ensuring a basic technical understanding of the product range.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential sales leads generated through marketing campaigns or cold calling, and direct high-potential leads to the Field Sales Team (Medical Representatives) for closure.
  • Sales Conversion: Proactively follow up with prospects to close orders, encourage repeat purchases, and achieve individual and team sales targets (quotas).

Customer Relationship and Data Management

  • Inbound Query Handling: Receive and address incoming calls, providing accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and company services.
  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and ensuring a satisfactory experience.
  • Order Processing: Accurately record and process sales orders, ensuring all details are correctly communicated to the logistics and dispatch teams.
  • CRM/Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with detailed, accurate records of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
