About DynoGem

DynoGem is a luxury footwear brand specializing in premium leather shoes for men and women, crafted for elegance, comfort, and timeless style.

Job Role: Customer Relations & Sales Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions.
Make follow-up calls to customers who haven’t responded to messages and confirm orders to meet sales targets.
Assist female customers in-store with product selection and provide styling or pairing suggestions.
Create product videos and content for both men’s and women’s footwear collections.
Maintain daily sales and expense records using Excel.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer updates.
Handle basic sales operations and maintain a professional and friendly customer experience.

Requirements:

Fluent English speaking and typing skills.
Strong sales and communication abilities.
Confident in handling social media interactions (Instagram, WhatsApp).
Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to excel across multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
