Tele Marketing Executive

Brand Up is a creative digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through strategic branding, social media marketing, and innovative campaigns. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team and play a key role in connecting with potential clients and supporting our sales process.

Role Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our services, and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospects, helping them understand how Brand Up can enhance their business visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain Brand Up’s services.
• Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a database of leads and prospects using CRM tools.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/marketing team.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure continuous engagement.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (freshers can also apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Persuasive speaking ability and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
