As a Graphic Designer specializing in digital marketing at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs across various digital platforms such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our digital marketing team to comprehend client objectives, target audience preferences, and the distinct needs of each digital campaign. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, evident through a compelling portfolio of digital design projects. Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, is crucial, with a focus on designing specifically for digital platforms. A solid grasp of digital marketing principles, encompassing SEO, social media best practices, and user experience design, is essential. Excellent communication skills are paramount, enabling you to articulate design concepts effectively and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Strong time management and organizational abilities are required to meet deadlines within the fast-paced digital marketing environment. While a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred, demonstrated experience and expertise in digital graphic design are equally valuable. This opportunity is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. In addition to a competitive salary, performance bonuses and shift allowances are provided. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of total work experience, with specific expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and poster creation for at least 1-2 years each. The position is based in an in-person work environment.
