Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote our services, and support the sales team through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert prospects into qualified leads.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and company processes
• Collect customer feedback and market insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
• Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, or telecalling
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, Excel)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage (Freshers can apply)

Education & Experience

• Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
• Experience: 0–2 years in Tele Marketing / Sales / Customer Support
