Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating and nurturing leads for our B2B travel portal by reaching out to travel agencies, tour operators, and other industry professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively contact travel agencies and tour operators to promote Corequest Holidays’ B2B travel portal.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing our platform’s features, such as bulk booking, API integration, and exclusive rates.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads to build relationships, address queries, and convert them into registered users of the portal.
  • Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling pitches tailored to the needs of travel businesses, highlighting benefits like commission structures and white-label solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM system to track progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Identify new B2B opportunities by researching travel industry trends and potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with digital campaigns (e.g., SEO, social media ads).
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets set by the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer outreach, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the travel industry and B2B sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using telemarketing software, MS Office, and basic computer applications.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in handling rejections.
