We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Executive cum Counselor to join our team and elevate our online presence, engaging with prospective students and stakeholders effectively across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Telemarketing Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote AAC Eduvista’s programs and services.
• Provide accurate information about courses, partner universities, and the benefits of studying abroad.
• Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain an updated database of contacts.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.

Counseling Duties:

• Understand the educational aspirations and needs of prospective students to recommend suitable programs.
• Guide students through the application process, including eligibility, documentation, and admissions timelines.
