Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary

TVE Certification Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Telemarketing Executive to handle outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and customer engagement for ISO Certification services and ISO Training Programs. The role focuses on promoting services, qualifying leads, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting conversions while maintaining professional customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for ISO Certification and Training Programs
• Explain service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, and marketing campaign responses
• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads for certification or training services
• Schedule appointments, demos, or call-backs for senior sales or technical teams
• Update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-ups accurately in CRM
• Support promotions for webinars, training programs, and special campaigns
• Maintain call discipline, compliance, and professional communication standards

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Outbound Calling
• Experience in B2B services, certification, training, or consulting industry is preferred

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage (training will be provided)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication skills in English (Hindi and/or Tamil is an advantage)
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage
• Experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho One (minimum 2 years) is an added advantage
• Target-oriented mindset with ethical selling approach

Work Location & Commuting

• Ability to reliably commute to K.K. Nagar, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, or willingness to relocate before joining

Preferred Experience

• Total work experience: 3 years
• Telemarketing / Telesales experience: 2 years

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives (as applicable)
