Job Title: Tele ICU Nurse Qualification: BSc Nursing / Registered Nurse (RN) Department: Critical Care / ICU Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tele ICU Nurse to join our team. The Tele ICU Nurse will play a key role in remotely monitoring critically ill patients, assisting physicians with patient care decisions, and ensuring that patients receive timely, high-quality care. The nurse will work closely with the ICU team using advanced technology, including video surveillance, patient data analytics, and remote monitoring systems. Key Responsibilities: Remote Patient Monitoring: Monitor critically ill patients remotely through our Tele ICU platform, tracking vital signs and assessing patient conditions. Collaboration with Physicians: Work closely with physicians, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals to assess and provide real-time recommendations for patient care. Clinical Decision Support: Assist the clinical team by providing timely alerts and critical updates on patient status to ensure appropriate interventions. Patient Care Coordination: Communicate effectively with on-site healthcare teams in hospitals to ensure accurate and efficient care delivery. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records of patient conditions, interventions, and changes in status. Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and escalating patient conditions promptly, ensuring clear communication and coordination with medical teams. Patient Education: Provide necessary education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions and care plans. Compliance & Protocol Adherence: Ensure all patient care is provided in accordance with hospital protocols, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: Education: BSc Nursing (Bachelors in Nursing) or equivalent. Licensing: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license. Certifications: Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is preferred; other critical care or ICU-related certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting. Telemedicine Experience: Experience with telemedicine, tele-ICU monitoring, or remote healthcare solutions is desirable but not required. Skills: Strong clinical knowledge of ICU care, including knowledge of medical equipment and monitoring systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in a virtual, multi-disciplinary team. Ability to quickly assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and make decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient in using telemedicine and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Compassionate and empathetic with a focus on patient care.
