Job description:

Telecaller job responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments, as well as handling inbound calls to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints. Key duties also involve documenting customer data, following up on leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends.

Core Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:Contact prospective and existing customers to present products or services, build rapport, and persuade them to make purchases or book appointments.
• Inbound Calls:Handle incoming customer calls to address questions, concerns, complaints, and provide information on products and services.
• Lead Generation:Identify potential customers and gather information to create new sales opportunities.
• Sales & Promotions:Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to create interest and generate sales.
• Customer Service:Resolve customer issues, complaints, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
