Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Counsellor to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the medical field, preferably in dermatology or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide expert advice and guidance on skin care and dermatological treatments.
Conduct tele-counselling sessions with patients to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans for various skin conditions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in dermatology.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical field, preferably in dermatology or related fields.
Strong knowledge of skin care and dermatological treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
