Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
Counsel students/clients on available courses, programs, or services based on their interests and requirements.
Provide detailed and accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and other relevant details.
Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring proper documentation of interactions and follow-ups.
Handle queries and concerns politely and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with program details, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate counseling.
Participate in educational fairs & events as and when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
