⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
💰 Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Tele-Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle student/parent queries, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to students/clients and explaining available programs or services

• Handling incoming queries professionally

• Maintaining daily call records and follow-ups

• Guiding students through the admission or enrolment process

• Achieving daily/weekly counselling targets

• Providing accurate information and ensuring high-quality service

• Coordinating with the internal team as required

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work under targets

• Prior experience in counselling or tele-calling preferred (but not mandatory)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
