Tele Calling in Sales Support Executive

• Make outbound calls to dentists and clinics for lead nurturing and engagement.
• Educate potential clients on aligner products, USPs, and treatment process.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with non-converting leads to improve conversion ratios.
• Act as a bridge between dentists and field sales team, ensuring smooth lead transfer.
• Keep accurate call logs, maintain lead records in Sheets.
• Share dentist queries with Sales Head / MD for quick resolution.
• Support sales events and campaigns with tele-calling follow-up.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Basic knowledge of aligner treatments and workflow.
• Ability to build rapport with doctors over calls.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups.
• Fresher or up to 1 year; prior exposure to aligner/dental industry is an advantage.
• Final-year BDS student or graduate preferred; candidates with science/healthcare background also eligible
