Job Description

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to dentists and clinics to nurture leads and engage with potential clients. Your role will involve educating these clients on aligner products, unique selling points, and treatment processes. It will be essential to maintain strong follow-ups with leads that have not converted in order to improve conversion ratios. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between dentists and the field sales team to ensure a smooth lead transfer process. Keeping accurate call logs and maintaining lead records in Sheets will also be part of your duties. Any dentist queries should be shared with the Sales Head / MD for quick resolution. Supporting sales events and campaigns with tele-calling follow-ups will also be required. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills in Tamil and English - Basic knowledge of aligner treatments and workflow - Ability to build rapport with doctors over calls - Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups - Fresher or up to 1 year experience; prior exposure to the aligner/dental industry is an advantage - Final-year BDS student or graduate preferred; candidates with a science/healthcare background are also eligible Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, and proficiency in Tamil and English languages is essential. The work location is in person.
