Tele Calling in Sales Support Executive

As a Telecaller at our company, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to dentists and clinics with the aim of nurturing leads and engaging potential clients. You will play a crucial role in educating these clients about aligner products, highlighting their unique selling points, and explaining treatment processes. It is imperative that you maintain consistent follow-ups with leads that have not converted to improve conversion ratios. Moreover, you will serve as a liaison between dentists and the field sales team to ensure a seamless lead transfer process. Keeping accurate call logs and maintaining lead records in Sheets will also be a part of your daily duties. Any queries from dentists should be promptly shared with the Sales Head / MD for quick resolution. Your support in sales events and campaigns with tele-calling follow-ups will also be expected. Qualifications: - Strong communication skills in Tamil and English - Basic knowledge of aligner treatments and workflow - Ability to build rapport with doctors over calls - Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups - Fresher or up to 1 year of experience; prior exposure to the aligner/dental industry is an advantage - Final-year BDS student or graduate preferred; candidates with a science/healthcare background are also eligible Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits, including cell phone reimbursement.
