Job Overview
We are hiring a Telecaller for our water purifier company in Pattoor, Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves attending calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting products through tele sales, and following up with leads.
Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Conduct tele sales and generate new leads.
Assist walk-in customers and provide support.
Follow up with prospects to close sales.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / ITI
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Age: Below 40 years
