Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services, generate leads, and handle customer inquiries. Make outbound calls to prospective clients or customers. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries. Explain product/service features and benefits to customers. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate records of conversations. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. Maintain and update the customer database. Coordinate with the sales or service team for closures and follow-ups. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
