Job Overview We are currently seeking a Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our products or services. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers Provide information about products or services Record details of each call in the database Follow scripts and communicate product features accurately Identify customer needs and address queries effectively Skills Proficient in English and Spanish languages Strong communication skills Experience in sales or telemarketing preferred Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software Ability to articulate and present information clearly Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per year Application Question(s): What languages are you fluent in?
