As a Sales & Marketing Executive for Color Coated Sheets & Coil, you will be responsible for Marketing and Sales of our range of Color Coated Sheets, Industrial Purlins, Metal Beam Highway Crash Barriers, Shuttering & Scaffolding, Concrete Mixers & Construction Machines and more, contribute significantly to the development of robust infrastructures in India. You will be expected generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, creating and maintaining dealer network, negotiating sales orders, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing on relevant field. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market for color coated sheets. Build and maintain Dealer Network for color coated sheets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer needs to senior management. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Engineering Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Construction and Industrial projects. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of color coated sheets and their applications in construction and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using SolidWorks. Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) in accordance with company and industry standards. Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and mechanical calculations to ensure robust designs.
